Is CNN The Clinton’s Top Surrogate?

CNN is abandoning any pretense of journalistic objectivity and is actively pushing Hillary Clinton’s agenda. This time CNN, on the CNN Political Ticker,  is trying to blow up a meaningless connection between the passport snooping of an employee of the The Analysis Corporation,  of which one advisor to Barack Obama, John Brennan, is president. So what?

Buried in the comment are the innocuous facts of the story:  Echoing the State Department spokesman Friday, this source said there is no indication the motivation was anything but idle curiosity.

Also buried in the CNN comment and not reflected in the headline is the fact that one of the other people involved in the Passport snooping works for a company whose CEO contributed to the Clinton campaign: The other two contractors, who worked for Stanley Inc., were fired. Stanley has had contracts with the department since 1992, and was recently awarded a $570 million contract to continue providing support for passport processing. Its CEO, Philip Nolan, contributed $1,000 to the Clinton campaign.

On a weekend when Bill Richardson endorsed Barack Obama the Clinton News Network is busy pushing the Clintons’ desperation agenda.   Wait for it though.  When the Clintons throw a Hail Mary pass to try and save their failing campaign you can be sure CNN will be the quarterback on the play.
