NYT Catches On (Finally)

In A Backlash the New York Times finally addresses the obvious fact that the Clintons can’t win in November. I commented on this already on April 24, 2008 in A Message for Howard Dean (and Wolf Blitzer) - Hillary Can NOT Win in November . The pure and simple fact is that the Clintons have played the race card and scared the beejeebers out of white voters, particularly less educated and older white voters. They have thrown the kitchen sink at Obama and they have been aided by the self aggrandizing Rev. Jeremiah Wright. But they still can’t beat Obama in total delegates or total states. And as the NYT points out dissatisfaction with the Clintons in the African-American community is growing , as a result of these tactics. If the nomination is taken from Obama by the super delegates or by a rule change the dissatisfaction could result in African Americans staying home in November and the Democrats can not win in November without that every critical constituency. A point I made on April 24, 2008.

  1. You sound like one of Obama’s supporters and friend who also manipulates polls in favor o f Obama while calling for Cointon to drop out…are you sure you aren’t James Zogby?

  2. creeping the poll I am following most closely is the pledge delegates poll. No need to manipulate that one.
